Camping Union Lido , 3 star - A substantial parc with a wide range of facilities that include a quite spectacular pool complex and a private sandy beach. Union Lido is a large, lively parc, with an impressive range of high quality amenities. The parc's showpiece however, is undoubtedly the spectacular pool complex with its lagoon pool and flowing river, which is ideal for all ages. It's very attractive too, being surrounded by sunbathing terraces and bordered by trees. There are also a variety of bars and restaurants for you to enjoy here, together with a well organised animation programme. Right next to the parc there is a private beach with soft sand and the choice of windsurfing, pedalos or just a dip in the clean, cool waters. Though large, the parc is well run, and the owners like regulations to be respected. And while you are so close, the magical city of Venice with its endlessly beautiful canals and historic buildings is an essential place to visit. Parc open 8 May to 12 September.
